Indus Valley Civilisation
The Indus Valley Civilisation is very known throughout the world as it is another one of the oldest civilisations in mankind. It is known for its urban, political and technical development. They are also know for there baked-brick houses and other architectural designs. This civilisation originated during the Bronze Age. This civilisation is also know as the Harappan civilisation, as its very first archaeological remains were located in Harappa which is West Punjab. The Indus Valley Civilisation is 8,000 years old! More than 80,000 people lived in this civilisation. Scholars believe that the reason behind the destruction of this ancient civilisation was climate change. Experts believed that the drying up of the Saraswati river lead to the climate change, but some people believe that a great flood destroyed the civilisation. There were even some people who thought that there was a large war.
